Apple Equipments presents the DM60 Asphalt Drum Mix Plant — a fully automatic, continuous-type hot mix plant delivering 90 to 120 TPH output for highway, state road, and infrastructure projects. Built for round-the-clock site operation with minimal downtime and maximum mix consistency.
RATED OUTPUT: 90 to 120 TPH (at 3% aggregate moisture)
HOT MIX TEMPERATURE: 150 to 160 degrees C at outlet
RESIDUAL MOISTURE IN FINAL MIX: Below 0.5%
COLD AGGREGATE FEEDING SYSTEM:
- 4 independent bins, 14 tons each (56 tons total storage)
- Variable speed AC motors with synchronized drive for accurate proportioning
- Aggregate flow indicators on each bin
- Gathering conveyor: 600mm belt, 25.6m length, 5 HP motor
- Oversize removal vibrating screen: 45x45mm grid, 1 HP motor
- Slinger conveyor: 500mm belt, 15.25m length, 5 HP motor with load cell for accurate weighing
