Apple Equipments presents the CP45 Compact Concrete Batching Plant — a fully automatic, PLC-controlled batching solution designed for consistent, high-quality concrete production on construction sites with limited space.
CAPACITY: 45 Cubic Meters per Hour
AGGREGATE FEEDING SYSTEM:
- 4-bin feeder with 6 m3 per bin (24 m3 total storage)
- 2/4 cross bin configuration with pneumatic discharge gates
- 5mm MS fabricated hopper with heavy-duty 150x75mm channel frame
- 4 nos. S-type load cells (2 ton each) for accurate weighing
CONVEYOR SYSTEM:
- 1000mm wide 3-ply Chevron rubber belt
- Single weight-cum-gathering conveyor
- 12.5 HP geared motor drive
MIXER UNIT:
- Type: Turbo Pan Mixer — 0.75 m3 per batch
- 40 HP motor (Crompton Greaves or Havells)
- 60-second mixing cycle
- 6 mixing arms and 2 scraper arms with changeable tips and liner plates
- Hydraulic operated mixer gate with 2 HP hydraulic power pack
CEMENT AND WATER SYSTEM:

- Admixture: 0.5 HP pump with 5-litre tank and automatic timing-based control

- Fully automatic PLC-based control panel
- Prefabricated control cabin with complete internal cabling
- 3 HP air compressor for pneumatic operations
